Are all prices shown in Australian Dollars?

Yes all products and prices are show in Australian dollars.

 

What's the lead time on delivery?

At the earliest, products are delivered 2 days after we receive the order. During checkout, you can select a delivery date that suits you.

 

How does Butcher Direct keep deliveries fresh?

We use vacuum sealed containers inside a custom polystyrene box. Our couriers all have refrigerated vans and a GPS tracking system so we can monitor the exact time from pickup to delivery.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order with 48 hours notice. If you wish to change your order, the process is to cancel your original order and create a new correct order.

 

Is there any kind of quality assurance?

We always do our utmost to exceed customer expectations. If something is not to your standard, or ours, we will gladly replace the product on the next available delivery to your area.

 

Is Butcher Direct a real store?

Yes, our retail store is in Gregory Hills NSW. You can visit us in person - look for Orangeville Meat Co. We have a click and collect option available for Butcher Direct customers who live near Gregory Hills..
