Enrolment

By submitting an online application form you accept and agree to be bound by the Butcher Direct Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

Earning Points

  • Members will earn points on all purchase on the Butcher Direct website.
  • Members will receive 5 points for every $1.00 spent
  • Referral points will only come into effect once the referred person has created and verified their account and made their first purchase
  • Bonus points may be offered form time to time.
  • Order placed must be done while logged into the nominated Butcher Direct account

Redeeming Points

  • Members can redeem points to pay for the whole or part of any purchase upon checkout online.
  • To redeem points on purchase a minimum of 500 points must be accumulated i.e.a $5.00 discount will be applied
  • Reward points will accumulate and will not expire
  • Reward points are not redeemable for cash or credit

General Conditions

To the extent permitted by law. Butcher Direct will not be liable for any errors, omissions, delays or disruptions in the operation of the Loyalty Program and will not be liable for any loss caused by any such errors, omissions, delays or disruptions. Members can view details on the points they have earned or redeemed by logging into their Butcher Direct account online. Butcher Direct may suspend or terminate the Loyalty Program or a Member's membership at any time without reason or notice.
